Weather and Operational Changes

New Zealand's weather and road conditions can change rapidly. Where necessary for safety, Alento Tours may modify an itinerary, substitute destinations, delay, shorten or cancel part of a tour. Any such decisions will be made with the safety of our guests and staff as the primary consideration.

Third-Party Activities

Some itineraries may include experiences provided by independent operators, such as scenic flights, cruises or guided activities. These experiences are operated under the safety procedures and terms of the respective provider, and additional risk acknowledgements may be required before participation.
